Romeo and Juliet review Questions 7B

Hi ladies,

Here’s a quick review of Acts 1 and 2 for you to answer and review. You can choose one of them, but every question can be answered only once. If someone picks one of the questions, no other student can pick it again.

This is also a make up for the people who failed the last test of Romeo and Juliet. Both grades would be averaged if the answer is a good one. Please write copy and paste the question and then answer below!

    6. Did you find the “love at first sight” scene convincing? Why, or why not?
Yes, because Romeo seemed convinced that he was in love and he expressed his feelings with poetic words and tried to convince Juliet to believe that everything he said was true. And finally everything went right because he could kiss her. And then they loved passionately each other.

  6. 16. What part does the nurse play in Romeo and Juliet’s schemes?
The nurse is Juliet’s confidant. Because of that she’s the one that talks with Romeo about their plans. The nurse wants to make sure that Romeo have good intensions with Juliet and that it’s not a joke. She emphasizes that Juliet is a really good lady and that she should be truly loved. She’s also the one that carry Romeo’s message about their marriage and she also makes sure that they spend they first night together. I think that she is really important in their relationship, because without her they would not be able to communicate and to organize everything without putting themselves in trouble.
